Next is the reach stage, where we use SEO, content marketing, and social media to connect with potential customers. Then, we proceed to the action stage, where we persuade our audience to take a desired action, like buying a product. Finally, we have the convert and engage stages where we turn visitors into customers and keep them engaged with our brand.
